If not stated otherwise, the terminology and abbreviations used in this document are based on the terminology and abbreviations defined and specified in the Terms (here).
These Privacy Protection Terms (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Terms) regulate the protection of Users' privacy on the Web and the handling of Users' personal data.
Personal data refers to all information about an identifiable or identifiable natural person. This person is a natural person who can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular by reference to one or more specific identifiers, such as name, identification number, location data, network identifier, or one or more specific physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural, or social characteristics of the natural person who accesses the Web (hereinafter referred to as the "User")
These Privacy Terms are in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation").
These Privacy Terms apply to the data that the Operator collects from Users to the extent necessary for the provision of the Operator's Services (as defined in section III/5 of the Terms). This includes, but is not limited to, the categories of personal data listed in section II of these Privacy Terms.
Data necessary for Registration (e.g. contact email address, name, gender, country, region, etc.).
Data that the User voluntarily provides as part of their Account or within their Advertising (e.g. name, surname, nickname, age, date of birth, height, weight, eye color, hair color, phone number, other contact information, e.g. websites, social media, sexual orientation, photos, videos, streamed content, etc.).
Data required for verifying a user's identity (e.g. email address, phone number, or scan of an identification document (ID card or passport)).
Payment transaction data (e.g. payment information and payer identification data).
Cookies files (anonymous data necessary for the proper functioning and optimization of the Web).
Server log data (e.g. IP address, device event information, cookies, device information, and/or usage data related to accessing the Web, etc.).
Metadata (e.g. such as EXIF information for images, which may contain sensitive user data if not removed before uploading or sharing).
The User, by entering the Web, accepts that the Operator has a lawful and legitimate reason to process the User's personal data to the extent necessary for providing the Services and ensuring the proper functioning of the Web.
The personal data is primarily processed for the following purposes: providing services, providing customer support to users, personalizing content and marketing, data analytics, and ensuring the functionality and security of the Web. The Operator may also use personal data to enforce the business terms and rights and obligations arising from them.
The Operator retains personal data for the period necessary to provide Services, or for the duration of the User's registration, or until the consent to process personal data for marketing purposes is revoked.
After the expiration of the data retention period, the Operator will erase the personal data.
The User acknowledges that he is fully responsible for the data he publishes about himself, and the Operator shall not be held liable for the publication of personal data by the User.
The User acknowledges that the Operator shall not be held liable for any legal (property, criminal, civil, or other) responsibility for the use, abuse, copying, sharing, dissemination, or any other use of personal data published by the User on the Web.
The User acknowledges that the Operator has the right to disclose personal data of Users to third parties in certain cases. This may include, for example, payment institutions for the purpose of verifying and identifying the payer. The Operator may also provide User data to third parties to satisfy the rights of such parties, prevent illegal activity, or for the purposes of investigation by law enforcement authorities.
The User acknowledges that the rights and obligations related to the processing of personal data may be transferred by the Operator to its legal successor.
