2. How do I create an account

You can easily and quickly create your User account. All you need is to choose a username and have a valid email address. You can register through the link here.

3. What information do I need to provide when creating an account

You don't need to provide any personal data. Just your email address is sufficient, as we will send a verification code to it during the registration process. After that, it's up to you to decide which information about yourself you want to include in your account settings.

4. How much does it cost to create an account

Creating an account and using the services of the website is free of charge. If you do not actively promote your content or purchase content from other users, you do not pay anything.

5. Which services are charged

Creating an account and using the services of the website is free of charge. However, there are some paid features, such as advertising, where users pay in the form of credits to promote their content on EP. Additionally, users pay credits to purchase content from other users. But if you are a regular user who does not advertise or buy content from others, you do not pay anything. All other services, including commenting, participating in the discussion forum, using the private messenger or chat, are free of charge.

6. Do I need to verify my account

You don't have to, but if you're an advertiser or monetizing your content (e.g. selling your photos, videos, or clips), verifying your account increases your credibility and reputation. Therefore, it's a good idea to have your account verified. You can verify your account at any time and it's free.

7. How can I verify my account

You can verify your account through several methods, which are further detailed in section II/7 of the Terms. If you purchase credits and pay by bank transfer from your bank account (the most common method), your account on EP will automatically be considered verified and you won't need to do anything further.

8. What is credit

A credit is a payment unit that you use to pay for content and services on EP. As an advertiser, you pay for the opportunity to advertise on EP using credits. As a regular user, you can pay for content purchased from other users using credits. Credits can also be used as a reward for another user (known as a donation).

9. Where can I buy credit and how much does it cost

You can only purchase credits from us, the operator of EP, using one of the payment methods listed here. The price of a credit is stated in our price list here.

10. Can I exchange credit for money

Of course. If you receive credits from other users (for example, as a reward for provided content, donations, etc.), we will exchange them for cash, which we will pay directly to your bank account.

11. Is there a minimum amount to purchase credit

Yes, it is. The minimum amount for purchasing credits is 100 CZK (4 EUR or 4.5 USD). The purchased credits are credited to your EP account immediately upon the payment being deposited into our bank account.

12. Is there a minimum amount for pay out of credit

Yes, it is. The minimum amount for payout of credits is 500 CZK. If you request payout of credits (from the administration section of your account), the credits will be paid out to your bank account as a payment, and this will be done at the latest within 24 hours of your payout request.

13. Can the purchased (and unused) credit be returned

Although some competitor platforms do not allow for the return of already purchased credits, we allow for this in order to maintain transparency in our system. However, we would like to note that credits can only be returned to a user (cancelled and refunded to their bank account) if they were purchased for 20 EUR or more. Additionally, we would like to inform that a handling fee of 15% of the refunded amount will be deducted in such cases.

14. What are the other service charges

No additional fees are charged. We do not charge commission fees when purchasing a credit, nor when it is paid out to your bank account (excluding point 12, which is a credit refund, not a payout). Similarly, we do not charge commission fees for credit transfer (content payment, donation sending, etc.). We strive to keep our system simple and maximally transparent.

1. How to start advertising on EP

Adverts on EP are easy to create and allow you to reach thousands of visitors every day. Simply register and create an account (registration and account creation are free). Under your user account, you can create and manage an unlimited number of profiles, rooms, studios, or publish an unlimited number of albums, posts, clips. Managing your content is easy and can be done through the administration of your account.

2. In what form can I advertise the content

It's up to your needs. Under your User's Account, you can advertise by creating a profile, room, studio, or by publishing an album, post, clip.

3. How are these forms of advertising different

You don't need to have a created profile, room, or studio to advertise an album or post. It's ideal for occasional advertising or quickly reaching other users with your offer or request. However, if you plan to advertise professionally and long-term, we recommend creating a profile, room, or studio (depending on the type of content or services you advertise) and then publishing albums or posts within this advertising space. In this case, you won't pay for publishing an album or post.

4. Will my content be immediately publicly available

The content will be publicly available as soon as you activate it, i.e. by sending payment in the form of a credit.

5. How long will my content be available

The payment for advertising an album or post is one-time, meaning you pay once and the content will remain available forever (unless you remove it yourself). The payment for a profile, room, or studio is monthly. If you publish an album or post within your profile, room, or studio, you don't pay for it!

6. What is a Profile

A Profile is your advertising space where you present yourself to all users. Each profile is publicly visible, and you have the opportunity to include all information about you and your services. Under your profile, all your albums, posts, and contributions to the discussion forum are available. Other users can add comments to your profile, as well as to your albums and posts. The profile serves as basic advertising for you as an individual.

7. What is a Room

A Room is an advertising space that allows multiple profiles to be connected and advertised together, or for a business to advertise. Just like with a profile, a Room is your advertising space where you present yourself to all users, with the difference that it allows multiple profiles to be connected together. Therefore, it is worth having a Room in case you advertise multiple profiles and want to advertise them together, or in case you advertise as a business.

8. What is Studio

A Studio is a type of profile focused on publishing video clips. Through the Studio, you can upload and manage your clips and offer them to other users. Just like a Profile or Room, a Studio allows you to publish albums and posts for free.

9. What is an Album

An Album allows you to publish your photos or videos. Depending on the album type, you can have an album that is publicly visible (accessible to all users), a private album (accessible only to users you grant access to), or a for-sale album (accessible only to users who pay for access in the form of credits). If you have an active profile, Room, or Studio, you can publish albums for free.

10. What is Post

A Post allows you to reach out to other users with an offer or inquiry. You can use it as a quick update that will be easily accessible to all EP users. Posts can include photos or videos. If you have an active Profile, Room, or Studio, you can publish posts for free.

11. What is a Clip

A Clip is your paid video content, published within a Studio. It is assumed that the clip is paid, meaning that other users pay you for access to it.

12. I can edit already published content

Yes, you can. You can modify or change your published content at any time, and it's free.

13. I can remove published content

Yes, you can. However, please note that if you remove content and later want to republish it, you will need to reactivate it, which costs credit

14. What if I delete content by mistake

If you accidentally delete content, please contact our helpdesk. Within 24 hours of its deletion, we can still restore it. If you notify us within this timeframe and it's clear that the deletion was an error, we will reactivate the content and you will not be charged.
